Description

I'm using Simplified Chinese Windows XP,yesterday I installed the JB2007 Enterprise trial.When I was using it,I found the language of user interface mixed Chinese with English,it's awful.I used to using eclipse with English UI,so I try to add "-nl en_US" parameter in the shotcut of JB2007.At first,it seems works,however I found I can't using the word completion function(Alt + /),the popup list dosen't show up.So I have to change back.

Steps to Reproduce:

1.Just add "-nl en_US" in the JB2007 shotcut commandline.
2.startup
3.Edit a java file,typing some word,eg:"@enti" or "pri",and then press Alt and /,the list don't show up.
