Description
Since installing update 3 for Delphi 2007 professional on my Vista PC I have been unable to access any the automatic context menu that any edit or memo component display when right clicked with the mouse.
Steps to Reproduce:
Add a TMemo to a form and attempt a right mouse click from the resulting executable.
Workarounds
There is an unofficial patch by Peer Bellow which does not work for me.
