When I tried to "uncomment" a set of lines that had been commented out earlier, I ended up with only one line out of three.  These lines were "collapsed" into a single line for viewing in their commented state.

Promoted for resolution, internal # 3739
Steps to Reproduce:
Take any .rb file with lines of code that can be commented out.  Comment out three lines of code by selecting them and using Cmd-/.

Collapse the 3 commented lines.  When in collapsed state, select the line and uncomment with Shift-Cmd-/.  The first line of the three lines appears uncommented, and the other 2 lines are deleted.
Expand commented code before attempting to uncomment.
