When I am running a test (say a functional test) using Shft-Cmd-F11, a new console is created.  But if the console view is not currently visible, I don't see the new console, and can't even tell my test is running.

Bugzilla  3758
Steps to Reproduce:
Make something other than the Console tab visible in your Rails perspective (like the Servers tab).  Open a unit or functional test.  Run the test using Shft-Cmd-F11.  See how the console view remains hidden.  You have to select the console tab in order to see your test running.
Always select the console tab when running tests.
