Steps to Reproduce:
1. Insert a TabbedNotebook vcl on a form
2. Create 3 pages
3. Create some Tedit and Tlabels on the first page
4. Select the TEdit and TLabels on the page
5. Copy to another page, the result is that it jumps back to page 1

I can not copy from page 3 to page 2, it ends up on page 1 when pasted
