Description
Can't import properly from SVN if the .project file exists, when I just have read permissions to the repository. This is due to the fact the
"Checkout as a project configured using the
New Project Wizard" is disabled when it exists (an din this case it was not a 3rdrail .project)

Steps to Reproduce:
You can find a detailed description and workaraound here :
http://technocowboys.blogspot.com/2007/10/something-rotten-part-ii.html
Workarounds
Use Tortoise SVN to check it out from the repository, and use the Rails Application importer (which is a highly inconvenient workaraond IMO)
