Steps to Reproduce:
Go to grid properties on report list, try to move Status or Severity columns up in the list to display on the left hand side of the grid.

I had this issue on an XP machine, I just tried on Vista and it works fine. I went back to the XP and uninstalled and reinstalled QC Plus and got the same results. On XP I can rearrange some columns, but not others, works fine on Vista.

Strange, usually it is Vista that has the issues.
