Sometimes, when moving the mouse cursor over the menus, a menu item (or even multiple) will remain highlighted.
Steps to Reproduce:
Move mouse cursor repeatedly over the menus in
a diagonal motion - bottom left to top right
starting just below leftmost menu item (File) and
ending just above last menu item (Help).  It can
also be reproduced by singling out one menu item
and moving the mouse cursor diagonally over that
item fairly fast so that it highlights and then
un-highlights repeatedly.

This requires a few iterations before it
occurs and it appears to be somewhat random.

I believe this may also occur in applications
produced in Delphi 7 or C#Builder.

I should add that this occurred on Windows XP.  I haven't tested this on
any other version of Windows.

I have had this happen on Win2K pro

I have had this too.  Seems that the same code was used as was used in D7 :-)
