Description
This bug is still happening in Delphi 2007. It seems to be related to large numbers of files being open and locked.
It also may be a result of the library paths getting mangled. When I right click on the entry in the uses clause and choose Open File at Cursor, MadExcept tells me it can't be found and gives me a partial path where it is looking for unit. The path given is nowhere on my system, not in my search directory for the project, nor is it in the Library path in Tools->Options.
I've attached a bugreport from MadExcept that shows the path error mentioned above.
