Description

Delphi 2007 Win32.
In the form designer you can right-click the tab of the form. One option is "View as Form Alt+F12". This option is displayed regardless if the form is in Form mode or in Text mode. In Form mode the option should be "View as Text Alt+F12". You can also right-click on the form itself and select the option "View as Text" which does the same thing but this menu option does not have the shortcut displayed (Alt+F12). When in text mode both the tab popup and the text area popup correctly shows "View as Form Alt+F12)

Steps to Reproduce:

Create a blank Win32 project and right-click the tab on the default form. It displays "View as Form Alt+F12" when it should say "View as Text Alt+F12"

Right-click on the form. The option says "View as Text" when it should say "View as Text Alt+F12"

I still can view what you describe. Please add a screen dump. It is probably related to the IDE layout you use. A screen dump will make things clear.
