Version Information: Microsoft .NET Framework Version:1.1.4322.2407; ASP.NET Version:1.1.4322.2407
Steps to Reproduce:
This is a problem with the web client not the PC client.  http://qc.codegear.com/wc/qcmain.aspx, Enter 0x00000000 in the text box above the Go To Report button.  Press that button.  It is reproducible for me.

Incidently, IE reports an error on the page at line 550, char 5, error 'document.forms..scrollLeft' is null or not an object, code 0, url http://qc.codegear.com/wc/qcmain.aspx..
