Description
The tool palette always shows up empty when any diagram other than the main package diagram is selected. This makes it impossible to add relationships / realizations etc on the secondary diagram.
Steps to Reproduce:
1) Download the attached project
2) Double-click the secondary diagram "Class diagram 1"
3) Note how the toolbox is empty
