Description
This problem occurs always when you increase references in namespaces using .NET. It can compile but the linker raise a error described as:

[DCC Error] F2084 Internal Error: AV0560206E-R00017752-0

Metrics stoped with your development because they can't migrate their projects from previous Delphi.

I'm not sure, but i remember an error like this in BDS 2006 SP1 that was correct in SP2.

I modified Project field, Version field, Area field and Build No field as Sysop.
