Description
I have an TListView and set OwnerData and RowSelect to true.
The ViewStyle is vsReport.
Items.Count is 3.
RunTime-Themes are activated.

On Windows Vista the focus is not correct deleted when I select another line.
On Windows XP it works correct.
Steps to Reproduce:
Build and run attached project on a Vista system
click on a couple of the list items
note screen artifacts (see screenshot)
