Cannot Start-up JBuilder 2008 after installation!

Description
After JBuilder2008 installation succesfully,
I got the memory problem. Becauser of it,
I modified 'JBuilder.ini' files as following,
-Xms80M    to  -Xms40M
-Xmx896M   to  -Xmx256M


With the modification, the memory problem disappered but another problem occured.

Dialog open,
'An error has occured, See the log file
C:\JBuilder2008\configuration_JBuilder\1220260623781.log'

I saw some users having the same problem as mine.
Please resolve this problem ASAP.
(I bought JBuilder2008 with too much money -0-;)
Steps to Reproduce:
Just run JBuilder.exe after installation.

I modified Version field as Sysop.
Now, QC does not have JBuilder2008 as Project version. So, I set 2007, Sorry.

Please execute reset_JBuilder.bat which is located install folder, then restart JBuilder2008.
