Description
Create a new VCL Form Application project.. Complie and run the project.
And then click the 'Program Pause' commander. Noting happened.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a new VCL Form Application project..

2.Complie and run the project.

3.Select the menu Program Pause in the main menu.


Noting happend.
In Delphi 7 IDE, the operations will cause the CPU window appeared.
