Description
When printing RTF data from a database with Rave Reports, Rave gives the impression it has frozen, however, when the Processes are checked the Memory Usage of Rave continues to rise until the process is killed.

This worked fine under BDS2006, I set the project up twice to test, one under BDS2006 the other under D2009, the latter fails.

When trying to reproduce this error you will more than a few characters to test with, some small length fields will print, but larger ones with various formatting used (bold, different colours etc) will fail

This report is now showing as Resolved in Build: : 11.0.2902.10471, surely this could not be possible seeing as the error came about in Delphi 2009 running Rave reports 7.6 and 7.6.1

Please can you confirm that this status is correct as I still have the error and I'm running the most upto date versions of Delphi 2009 and Rave Reports

Thanks.

I will check the internal status. Thanks.

'Resolved In Build' field has been set incorrectly...
It should be '12.0.xxxx.yyyy'.
I think we have to wait for next updates for Delphi2009...

Thanks for checking, I will check with the next Delphi update and report details
Mike.

I have downloaded the latest version of Rave Reports 7.6.2 BE and I'm afriad to say that the error is still there.  Is there anything I can provide for yourselves to assist in tracing the error?
Regards, Mike.

Hi, Mike-san
I guess the problem is due to VCL itself, not Rave components.
Could you please verify this issue with next update of Delphi 2009?
