Description
You can change the current desktop using "Desktop speedsetting" only if you expand the drop-down list and select an item from there. However this combo box being a standard windows control allows selecting items using arrow keys and mouse wheel. In this case desktop is not changing even though the new item appears selected in the combo.

I think desktop should be changing whenever the new item gets selected in the combo regardless if it was done using keyboard, mouse wheel or drop-down list. Alternatively the combo box functionality should be changed to make it ignore arrow keys and mouse wheel. How it works now in D2009 is confusing.
Steps to Reproduce:
Click on the "Desktop speedsetting" combo. Use arrow keys or mouse wheel to change the selection. Observe the item (desktop name) changing but not the desktop itself.
Workarounds
Obvious workaround: expand the drop-down list of the "Desktop speedsetting" combo and select new item.
