Description
login to code central to download patch 4
select "my downloads"
sure enough the patch is listed
click on "download" and I get a new screen that says:

Sorry, you don't have access to this submission. Please see similar submissions for Delphi  and Fixes, and other submissions by Tim DelChiaro.

But I am a "registered" user or RadStudio 2007. Why am I not allowed to download this patch?

P.S.  I am trying to download from a different machine from the one Rad Studio is installed in, because it's in a secure area, and this machine isn't.
But, I had gotten the december 2007 update successfully this way. What's different now?

You have two Developer Network accounts both associated with the same e-mail address. We recently changed the Developer Network login logic so you can specify either your login name or e-mail address (http://dn.codegear.com/article/38756) in the 'Your Login' field. When logging in using your e-mail address, the account that is being resolved to is the one which doesn't have your RAD Studio registration associated with it.

To get around this problem you can either login using your login name, or if you no longer require two accounts, you can delete the one with no products associated with it. This is done by selecting 'Delete my account' under the 'Manage my account' section in Membership Services, or by navigating to http://members.codegear.com/deleteaccount.aspx.

Before your account can be deleted you have to enter your current password to signal your intent to delete your account (its an unrecoverable operation), and you will be warned if the account being deleted has any products registered against it.

Oh, and for future Developer Network support, I'd recommend posting in the appropriate Developer Network  group at the Embarcadero Discussion Forums, https://forums.codegear.com/category.jspa?categoryID=2.
