Description
When adding items to a WebMenu which has been set to horizontal layout, they are created vertically. Sometimes, saving the project makes them go horizontally. Other times the WebMenu needs to be manually resized. When adding a new menuitem, the view goes vertically, and the component needs to be manually resized again.
Steps to Reproduce:
Create ASP.NET web application.
Add WebMenu
Set Layout to horizontal
Add 3 menu items (they go vertically)
Manual resize to make them horizontal.
Add 4th menu item, the all go vertically again.

This is not a ComponentOne issue. I have seen an AVI showing how to do this in VisualStudio from ComponentOne's technical support.
