Description
In a file stored as ANSI the text:
// TODO: Vad göra med de fält som inte sätts här? Ska de rent av bort ur DB?
turn up as:
Vad gra med de flt som inte stts hr? Ska de rent av bort ur DB?
in the TODO list.

None
Workarounds
If you save the file as UTF8, everything should work correctly

Now, this is odd. When I try to reproduce this in a separate project it works just fine. If I reopen the project with the problem, everything looks fine there as well...
But while creating the testcase project I used a console project and added another todo after the template one provided. Saved the project and all todo:s disappeared?? Added a unit with todo:s and they show up fine even after saving. Closes and reopens the project and the todo:s in the .dpr is back!
There is apparently something not quite stable with TODO:s, but it is not reproducible...
