Description
When you check for updates, there is usually a link to take you to an article describing the nature of the update or any special action required, etc.

Whenever I see that link, I'm unable to click on it. It always appears to be disabled and cannot even be copied ready to paste in to the browser.

You usually have to type it in to the browser manually, not very efficient.

Check for updates and try clicking the link.
