When I navigate Funtions accross units using the
CTRL + RIGHT click to go to the procedure,
The JUMPS to wrong position in File.

Could you please provide us more detailed Steps and attach sample project, like QC#68503?

Just use Delphi for a project and you will notice the BUG.
