Description
In Vista, the bottom TSpinEdit button does not have any display issues.  However, part of the bottom button is cut off in XP
Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Create a new VCL Forms Application
2.  Drop a spin edit on the form
3.  Compile
4.  Execute the compiled .exe in Windows XP (tested on Windows XP (32-bit) SP 3)

I cannot seem to add an attachment.  Every time I try to, it appears to be adding the attachment and then the attachment does not appear.  Could you please provide me w/an email address that I can send the attachment to?

Please try to use Native Windows QC client to attach .zip file.

Ok.  It's attached now.  I didn't realize that the attachment had to be uploaded in .zip format.
