Description
Some weeks ago the IDE (both D2007 and D2009) started to come up with an empty templates page while a Delphi unit is open in the code editor. Some time later the same behaviour started on a second PC I use. Both PCs use XP SP2 with current hotfixes and I assume that one the recent installed hotfixes triggered the behaviour.

I use a fully docked layout with the templates page tab-docked to the object inspector. See screenshots in the attachments. The templates show up as soon as the filter is disabled.
Steps to Reproduce:
Just open a unit (pas) file in the IDE and make sure the template view is visible.
Workarounds
Disable the filter on the template view (toolbutton on the views toolbar)
