Description
This is the single most useful feature of GExperts, and it speeds up my code navigation by factor 2 average. (I'm guessing).
I love GExperts very much but I think Borland should build this into the standard IDE, it's just *too* good a tool to be made optional.

To be specific: Please implement "Previous Identifier Reference" (Ctrl+Alt+Up) and "Next Identifier Reference" (Ctrl+Alt+Down) as per GExperts' IDE Experts functions.

As an Editor / navigation option, the user should be allowed to specify that this function ignore text in comments.

This report has been "ported" from Delphi 6 / QC 2174,
which was Opened with internal tracking ref -173212

It is all the more urgent since GExperts for D8 is not available (and may not be for a long time yet: OTA bugs need to be fixed that haven't even been reported in QC yet)

To learn more about this feature go http://maksee.narod.ru/Wident/. Initially it was a standalone package kindly accepted by GExperts developers.
