After creating a Widget palette plug-in, when you restart JBuilder, it shows error message saying "Unable to load user palette settings".

After restart, the design view shows empty palette. Even the default palette goes off.

How do I debug what went wrong? Will there be any log generated?

I am using:
JBuilder 2008 R2
License: Permanent
Version: 1.3.0
Build: v20090320_1225
Steps to Reproduce:
Create a Widget palette plug-in with an external jar. Select only couple of widgets from the jar. Jar file used in attached.
Restart JBuilder.
Remove the newly created plug-in and restart JBuilder.
