Description
When I sort the Tools from the Tools/Options menu (via up/down-Buttons in the Tools Options dialog) the sorting gets lost when I restart Delphi. After restarting Delphi the Tool items  in the Tools menu are sorted - alphabetically ? - again and not in the order I've sorted them before.
