Description
Renaming a method in the structure pane won't trigger a refactoring - only the method name is changed and any reference isn't, making it of very little use.

Given the refactoring capability of Delphi at least it should ask if refactoring should be performed
Steps to Reproduce:
1) Select a method in the structure pane
2( Right click and select rename (Ctrl+R won't work....)

Expected: the method is rename and reference updated (or at least the user is asked if a refactoring should be performed)

Actual: only the method is renamed - all references must be update manually.
