Description
This is a little bit odd, because:

a.) The user can delete the class members one by one.

b.) You 'know' when the user does a right-click on a class (because the
'Add Field/Property/Method' are enabled only in this case)

...what holds you to add the 'Delete' option in the Class Navigator's
popup menu, enable it when the popup is fired over a class and delete
the members one by one? (Ok, at the end you must delete also the class
definition itself - definition which is empty now).
