Description
if more than one index is transported by MIDAS from a DSP to a CDS, all the received indices surfaced by the CDS are corrupt. They have incorrect 'Fields' and 'DescFields' values.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download and unzip the test case app from Attachments.
2. Open the test case app in D7, compile and run.
3. Follow the on screen steps.
