Description
There is no cleanup of unused methods after building new.
Steps to Reproduce:
start new project--->windows application
add a button on the form
double click it
a click event is produced in designer
don't add any code and build and run it
The added click event stays in the code and in the designer
Remove the button and the ref is still there.
This happens with all controls.
Workarounds
manually remove all methods and references for it.
