Description
Choose a runtime configuation and try to use a specified library configutration fails. Does'nt work with Update 3 either.
Steps to Reproduce:
1) Choose a runtime configuration
2) Modify this runtime configuration
3) Under the Run node select the Library node and choose the second radio button
4) Remove one entry
5) Run the new configuration
6) None of the librairies specified  appears in the runtime classpath.

We're seeing something similar - changing library definitions, changing which libraries are included in a project, or just changing the library order does not take effect until JBuilderX has been restarted.
