I can not reproduce your issue.
So, have you ever installed Beta version(as FieldTest) before installing RTM version?

Anderson Santos da Silva at 9/8/2009 12:10:12 PM -
I have the trial version

If I click on the New-> Other -> "Server Module" is created empty unit, so I think he handles the exception ...

Which edition do you use for IDE, US, Gernan, French or Japanese?

Possible Solution:
Reboot (if you haven't since you installed 2010), re-run your installation as a repair and re-boot again, this resolved the problem for me when I experienced it on the trial.

Possible Cause:
I believe this may have been caused because I was using a test machine which had a version of 2009 prior to update 3 on it. Since this was incompatible with 2010 I uninstalled from the test machine rather than update but did not reboot prior to installing 2010. The install failed but told me I could try again by running dbpack_setup.exe. This seemed successful but caused this problem until I performed the full repair. I believe more than dbpack_setup.exe was required to complete my installation and a reboot was required after the 2009 uninstall to allow a full 2010 install.

I do everything in a fresh formated machine and doesn´t work, reinstall and repair

I believe it was this same problem. I had the "D 2009" but not with the update 3;

I formatted my PC and it worked ...

Thank you.
