Description

In some machine welcome page stop the normal startup of IDE

with message "displayNotification: out of memory"
Caption of alert is "Internet Explorer" so seems to be web related

Steps to Reproduce:

Start Ide

Workarounds

Rename directory C:\programs\Embarcadero\7.0\welcome

I atteched a ScreenShot. OS Is windows XP SP3

after update 1 the message is changed (see screenshot 2). Moreover I use ModelMaker CodeExplorer plug-in

Even If you uninstall the plugin, does your issue still occur?

Yes. I uninstalled the plugin but i have the same effects

SOLVED.... I didn't make a lot of test because i'm not able to reproduce ploblem. I think (but is an impression) that i solved problem clearing cookie cache and file cache from internet explorer panel.

I'm using firefox 3.5.3 so I have old IE 6. The jscript dll is 5.7.6002.22145 (from sp3 I think).
