Description
I cannot use Google as an OpenID provider in EDN.  Google appears to use the same single URL https://www.google.com/accounts/o8/id
for all accounts and EDN rejects it stating that it is already used by someone.  The restriction should be relaxed.
Steps to Reproduce:
Enter https://www.google.com/accounts/o8/id as an OpenID URL to attach in the member services area.
Workarounds
I could use another OpenID provider instead.

I had misunderstood how it worked.

When I tried to log in with the Google OpenID first and then linked it to my account, it worked fine.
