Description
The most important feature requests for Delphi RTL:

Asynchronous Programming Design Patterns
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms228969.aspx

Parallel Framework Extension (Visual C++ 2010 supports it)
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd504870(VS.100).aspx

+ x64 compilation

Allen Bauer has already written articles about these:

When will these be supported?

You're minxing several things into one report. This is not good.

For x64 there's already a report for which you might want to vote. For the other ones you might want to create separate feature request reports if you want to give them a chance to get "open".

Why? This is almost the same. x64 compilation support is only a note. The mainstream should be parallel processing and improved threading. It is not good that I have to write a lot of code for creating/synchronizing threads. Moreover, this is already abnormal nowdays.
