Description
Borland database desktop allows alias to be defined and tables etc to be viewed but Delphi 2010 BDE objects don't show Paradox alias.
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Use dbd32.exe to create an alias (say test)for a paradox database by giving a name and a path to some directory which doesn't really need to have any .db files (paradox table).
2. Run delphi 2010 and then file|new|other and select VCL Forms application.
3. Go to the BDE controls toolbar and select TDatabase component and put it on the form (double click on the toolbar).
4. In the object inspector (for Database1 component just added inspect the alias property to see if the 'test' alias created in step 1 is present. It is not for me in my trial version.
