Using the "structure window" to add a Published property, it put the code in the wrong place which makes the unit unable to compile.
Steps to Reproduce:
1) put in by hand a published property to an object.

property myint : integer read fmyint write fmyint;"

this "turns on the tree item "Published" in the structure window.

2) Right Click the "Published" tree and select "New"

3) type in "property mystr: string read fmystr write fmystr"

4) Hit <ENTER>

The result is that it puts the "read and write" lines in line with the "Published" key word and the key word "property mystr" is in the section where it should be.

In otherwords, it puts property in the right spot but, read write in the wrong spot.

I didn't check the other sections to see if the same is true.
Put the property in the published section by hand. don't use the structure window to add read write properties.
