When I switch  between two large project groups (file : Reopen :
myproject.bpg) and performing a subsequent  "build all projects" , it
often happens to me that one of the projects in the group is built with packages even though this option is un-checked in the project's compiler options.

I have to click the "packages" checkbox of the project, close the options window, click the checkbox again and perform a re-build to obtain an executable that will run without packages.

I've seen this happen even when I don't use project groups- i.e. with a single project.
