Description

Changing properties in the Object Inspector does unwantedly reorder the Object TreeView in the Structure Pane.
This issue is not new (it does also happen with D2007 for exam.), but it does not repeat with the Object TreeView in Delphi 6.

The issue is similar to #270887, but has completely different steps and may have another severity.

Steps to Reproduce:

- save the attached files
- start Delphi
- open StructurePaneReorderTest.dpr
- make the Form Designer visible for StructurePaneReorderTestMain.pas
- select lbFour (the label with the Caption "Change my Caption")
- change the Caption of it in the Object Inspector and have a look at the Structure pane after each char that you typed

expected: the order of tbOne, lbTwo, tbThree, lbFour and memSteps would not change
actual: the order of tbOne, lbTwo, tbThree, lbFour and memSteps changes after each char (it seems to switch between two versions)
