Description
I would laugh, but I spend money for this IDE!

Please have a look at the screen shot.
I simply pressed the "..." Button to change the Fontname of a TLabel.
I did NOT touch the color!

Why does the font dialog show a user defined color?

What will happen, if I really want to change the color to user defined bogger green?

The Charset setting will always be set from DEFAULT_CHARSET to ANSI_CHARSET

Steps to Reproduce:
Please see the screen shot.

- AND some steps for Mr. T.:

- Place a control on a form
- Click on the Button "..." of Font in Objectinspector
- Change the fontname e. g. to "Segoe UI"
- You will see, the you cannot change the Charset to a default value
- Press OK
