C++BuilderX will fail to create a new project within a Windows briefcase folder
Steps to Reproduce:
1.  From Windows explorer select "Briefcase" from the File/New menu
2.  Run C++BuilderX
3.  Select New from the File menu
4.  Select New Console from the Object Gallery and click the OK button
5.  Click on the "..." button next to the Directry text control
6.  Select the created briefcase as the desire location for the project and click theOK button

An error message appears saying "Root directory for poject not provided."

C++Builder should recognized and accept the path to the briefcase folder.
Create the project in a non-briefcase folder.  Copy or move the project into the desired briefcase.
