The host connection for debugging a DLL should be selected or the current selection will be reviewed.
The selection isn't visible because of the faulty scaling of the components in the IDE. Where are the properties of the IDE stored?

Zum Debuggen einer DLL soll der Host vorbelegt werden. Ebenfalls ist die aktuelle Einstellung nicht ersichtlich. Aufgrund der fehlerhaften Komponentenskalierung wird die getroffene Auswahl nicht anzeigt.
Steps to Reproduce:
Start->Parameter

I can not reproduce your issue with German edition.
What Build No do you use? Have you already applied all of updates/hotfixes?

And, have you changed DPI(e.g., 120 dpi) on you system?
