Description
When attempting to compile/install component get access violation on dotnetcoreide140.bpl.  Saving the project and attempting to reopen fails.  Reports that line 25 row 5 of the the .dproj file has whitespace that is not allowed.

Line 26 in my current attempt to import ShockWave Flash ActiveX Control is:

< {%s}>true</ {%s}>

I believe that the ' {%s}' should probably be replaced by something.
Steps to Reproduce:
Simply try to create any component (VCL or ActiveX) / compile or install.

the .dproj file must be created on the local machine.  Downloaded source created compiles and installs fine.  Only projects created on my computer are corrupted.
Workarounds
Please Provide one.

What Build No of Delphi 2010 do you use? Have you already applied all of updates/hotfixes?

And, could you please attach simple sample package project to reproduce your issue?

How do I attach a file?  There does not seem to be a link to do so.

Please try to use Windows Native QC client to modify your report and attach a .zip file to your report.
The standalone client comes with Delphi.

P.S.
I deleted QC#86599 as Sysop.
