My EDN account login name is my first name, a space, and my last name.  I added an image to represent my avatar and it was accepted by a moderator.  However, when viewed from any of my posts my avatar merely displays a red X in Internet Explorer.  Other users have confirmed using other browsers that my image is missing.

By viewing the raw HTML for the webpage containing the missing image I have discovered that the url is malformed and contains a plus character instead of the usual space placeholder %20.  For example, here is the malformed <img> tag:

<img src="/people/Clayton+Arends/avatar/48.png?a=361" class="jive-avatar" />

The correct url should be:

<img src="/people/Clayton%20Arends/avatar/48.png?a=361" class="jive-avatar"  />
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an EDN account
2. Provide a login name that contains a space
3. Go to the EDN forums
4. Edit the account profile and add an avatar
5. After avatar has been accepted post a newsgroup posting and look for the avatar
