Not sure if it happens on all Platforms and not sure about whether it is Feb Update or not (don't know how to tell)

Post Build events in a Silverlight project disappear after saving and reopening the project.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a Silverlight application with a Web Site host.
2. Open the Silverlight project property page.
3. Go to the Build Events tab.
4. Enter something in the Post Build event.
5. Save the solution.
6. Close the IDE.
7. Re-open the IDE.
8. Re-open the solution.
9. Go to the Build events and all the fields are blank.
