I have just installed and started to use Delphi Prism XE.

I have a VS project to which I have added a bunch of files as links. These files exist in several different folders so I decided to create similar folders in the Prism project to add the files into.

As I added files (as links) to each folder the files appeared in those folders in the IDE. However, when I reopened the project all the linked files had been removed from the folders they were placed into and were instead listed in the root location of the project in the solution explorer.

The code all compiles, it's just rather odd. Fortunately there are < 20 files in this solution, but this could get really annoying if the numbers of files were much larger.

As Prism allowed me to add the links to the folders, I think they should stay there.

I have noted this issue as well when linking files to my projects. So far the number of files is small, but as the number grows it will look messy.
