Description
Enable find references in a way that it also spots all occurences of a given {$IFDEF symbolXXX} so that everywhere where symbolXXX is used in a {$xxx symbolXXX} construct is used it will be listed.

Also list the {$DEFINE symbolXXX} occurences.
