Description
If TIdUdpServer is used in a Form adding an OnUDPRead event is not possibile.
Only created projects with Delphi 2010 can be used with this function if this was added in 2010.
Steps to Reproduce:
Create a Form with TIdUdpServer and try to add a OnUdpRead Event.
Or use a Delphi 2010 project with TIsUdpServer at a form and add in DelphiXE ExtCtrls into the uses list.
Workarounds
Create projects with Delphi 2010. But never add ExtCtrls into the uses list, this will brings other error popup messages.
